It’s worth mentioning that I adore working in my Cavendish location, and I have a deep fondness for that room and will continue to work there for the foreseeable future. I have also been interested in expanding my practice, hopefully a little closer to a métro station, and I have found a way to do just that. You may have already noticed the difference if you’ve gone to book a session: I am now working in a new location!

Meta 1111 is a yoga and meditation studio that is only five minutes’ walk from Snowdon métro on Queen Mary, serving the orange and blue lines. It is located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs between you and the massage table. There is a cozy waiting area that starts relaxing you before we even get into the room we’ll be working in, and the lighting is gentle and warm. I am available to greet you here during the same working hours I already use for my current location.
You will find my familiar lavender sheets on the table when you arrive for your appointment.
There is a slight difference in how booking works: your appointment will be accepted as Pending while I make sure the room is available. Once that’s done, I will either approve your appointment (which generates a new confirmation email) or I will contact you to propose a different time and/or date. You can still cancel or reschedule your appointment via the client portal with 24 hours’ notice, and my calendar will allow you to request an appointment up to three weeks away.
There is no option to select shiatsu; I will be offering table massage only at this new location. My heated table will remain at Cavendish, and is also available for mobile massage. I am including a table of pros in case you are unsure of which location is best for you:

My first virtual meditation session is now open for booking! Use the form below to reserve your spot this Sunday, October 26th at 8:30pm EDT for a half hour of practice finding your centre. We’ll begin with breathing and a body scan, and move into other meditations aimed at helping you acknowledge and appreciate the week that has passed and welcome a new one.
Bring a beverage and find a comfortable seated or lying position before joining the Google Meet (you’ll receive your link in your confirmation email). If you’d like, bring a speaker and your favourite relaxing or introspective playlist for a background to this guided meditation. I’ll work on providing the music myself in a future offering.
My standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies (see Policies for more information) and you can reserve up until one hour before the event begins. I am limiting this session to 12 participants and will offer future sessions and expanded audiences based on interest.
I am maintaining normal hours through October, with the exception of being unavailable for the following pet sitting dates:
