Tarot meditation

Meditation is often aided by choosing a series of images and allowing yourself to thoroughly explore them. What is the story being told? What feelings or thoughts do the figures depicted evoke in you? How you approach each scene can offer valuable insight into how you approach aspects of your life, and I will guide you through the process.

two cards from the Paulina Tarot on a notebook: the Four of Cups, picturing a figure with a bored expression and face turned away from an air spirit offering her a cup filled with flowers; and the Knight of Pentacles, picturing a man holding a spear in his right hand and a gold-coloured sphere bearing a pentacle in his left, which he regards with an intent expression
Paulina Tarot is a favourite of mine, with its fanciful characters and fantastical animals.

We can lay out a series of cards that you arrange into a personal story, or you can come with a question (more on that in a future blog post) that we explore from several angles. You will be invited to let your thoughts wander (as in free association), and I will help you return them to the focus of the cards drawn.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations by the client with 24 hours’ notice will be refunded minus processing fees. Cancellations by the practitioner will be refunded in full. If you are running late or having an emergency, please communicate as soon as you are able. Lateness up to 15 minutes can be accommodated, but anything beyond will be considered a cancellation without notice and no refund will be made.

Please make yourself comfortable with whatever you need: a lighted candle, a bottle of water or mug or something warm, and especially a comfortable seat and a good screen. I will be sharing images and asking you to look at them with an open mind and a readiness to be curious about what comes up for you.
